REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in finance and accounting operations
- Understanding of financial processes, either related to accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting or management reporting
- Experience working in a project based environment where deliverables are produced in a high-paced, tight-deadline environment
- Experience working with business requirements in a testing, business analyst, or data analyst role
CLIENT SERVICE EXPECTATIONS:
- Ensure high quality work product is provided on engagement
- Obtain and exhibit in-depth industry knowledge and/or technical expertise
- Establish reputation at client as a subject matter expert
- Provide technical insight, as needed, to consultants on other engagements
- Assist in the development and refinement of methodologies related to subject matter expertise
- Establish working relationship with appropriate levels (peers) within engagement
- Monitor & obtain additional resources required for engagement completion
- Balance client service workload with other activities
- Coordinate with the Convergent/Client manager on the project
- Resolve project issues w/ the Company manager on the project
- Review (as necessary) key project deliverables
- Ensure clients expectations as to deliverables & timeframes are met
- Mentor consultant level staff across Company
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors in Accounting/Finance/Accounting Information Systems
- 4+ years experience
- CPA/MBA preferred
- Moderate Microsoft Excel/Access/Visio skills
- Financial Services experience beneficial
