David Ramsey

Mr. Ramsey became a partner at Convergent Consulting Group in January 2012.

Mr. Ramsey has served numerous financial services industry groups including: secondary mortgage companies, investment companies, asset management companies, banking institutions, investment banks, and credit card companies. Mr. Ramsey has garnered a breadth of experience within the industry having served these institutions as an employee, external auditor with Ernst & Young and as a consultant during this period. Mr. Ramsey specializes in matters involving finance and accounting process redesign and has significant internal controls, securitization and mutual fund operations experience.

Before joining Convergent Consulting, Mr. Ramsey served as a Director in the Financial Services practice of Navigant Consulting a publicly traded management consulting firm. Prior to Navigant Consulting, Mr. Ramsey served as a Vice President of Capital Advisory Services, a regional finance and accounting consulting firm located outside of Washington, D.C.

Mr. Ramsey graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in both Finance and Accounting. He obtained his Certificate of Public Accountancy in the state of Pennsylvania.

   Eric Cabral

As a highly experienced technology leader with a broad base of technical and business experience, Mr. Cabral has provided IT Strategy and Business Transformation solutions to both small and large businesses in numerous industries.  He specializes in large‐scale enterprise technology solutions which significantly reduce costs and increase efficiency for clients. He has expert-level technical knowledge across all aspects of software development, as well as an innate ability to translate business needs into properly aligned IT requirements.

His domain expertise includes Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Management, Integration, e‐Business, Master Data Management, cloud computing and their application to business needs. He has a proven record of achievement in building and managing teams, implementing new business concepts, innovative business solutions and operational transitions. He has lead successful projects by building a consensus between senior executives on critical IT initiatives, while simultaneously fostering non-management team cohesion and morale.

Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Cabral served as Director at Charles Schwab for their Fixed Income and Equity fund trading groups.  He has a B.S. of Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, Certification for Distributed Solution Architectures from Clark University and EIT, Linux+ and Security+ Certifications.
